Farm Journal Earns Top Honors at Agricultural Media Summit

Kansas City, MO., (July 31, 2025)Farm Journal’s award-winning journalists were recognized at the 2025 Agricultural Media Summit (AMS) in Rogers, Ark., winning multiple awards and sharing expertise as featured speakers at the premier national gathering for agricultural communicators.

Farm Journal’s PORK earned top honors in the 2025 Livestock Publications Council (LPC) critique contest and the Ag Communicators Network (ACN) contest. Jennifer Shike, brand leader of Farm Journal’s PORK, was recognized with individual leadership honors, including president of the Livestock Publications Council, LPC Writer of the Year and ACN Writer of Merit award.

Farm Journal’s influence on agricultural content was felt throughout AMS programming. Katie Humphreys, executive editor at Farm Journal, shared her expertise as a panelist on Money, Ads & Content, exploring how editors and marketers can collaborate to create better experiences for readers. Farm Journal’s content team also connected with peers and partners to discuss storytelling innovation, audience engagement and data-driven insights, reflecting the company’s commitment to advancing agricultural communication.
